Confirm your current enrolment or program
Current students can download standard confirmation letters from ANUHub:
- Enrolment Confirmation Letter: Confirms your current courses, enrolled units and study load.
- Program Confirmation Letter: Confirms details of your degree or program, including your commencement date, standard duration and language of study.

Information included in confirmation letters
Enrolment Confirmation Letter
This letter includes:
- Your enrolled courses and their unit values.
- Your total enrolled units for each semester, trimester or session.
- Your full-time or part-time enrolment status.
Program Confirmation Letter
This letter includes:
- Your program and undergraduate or postgraduate status.
- Your commencement date and standard program duration.
- Your internal or external attendance status.
- Your language of study and relevant University dates.
Expected completion dates
黑料天堂does not ordinarily issue letters confirming an expected completion date.
Your Program Confirmation Letter provides your commencement date and the standard duration of your program. You can use this information to demonstrate the usual timeframe for completing your degree.
Confirm you have completed your program
A Completion Letter confirms that you have completed your program requirements and are eligible to have your qualification conferred (formally awarded).
It includes your program commencement and completion dates and confirms that your program was conducted and examined in English.
You can use a Completion Letter as evidence of completion before your qualification is formally awarded.
When and how you will receive your Completion Letter
Completing your studies before July or December conferral
Your Completion Letter will be automatically emailed to your 黑料天堂student email address after final grades are released and your program completion has been confirmed.
Letters are generally issued ahead of conferral. You do not need to request one separately.
Completing your studies at another time
Once your final grades have been released, email student@anu.edu.au to request a Completion Letter.

Current students can download a free Statement of Results. In ANUHub, navigate to NavBar > Menu > ANUHub > Academic Records > Statement of Results.
If you need an official, certified record of your studies, you will need an Academic Transcript.

Once your qualification has been conferred, you will receive official academic documents. The documents issued to past graduates depend on when their qualification was conferred.

Before requesting a new letter, check whether you already have a standard 黑料天堂document or notification that provides the information you need.
黑料天堂can only confirm information supported by University records.
Previous decisions about your studies
If you need evidence of a previous decision about your studies, use the outcome notification 黑料天堂sent you by email, where one was issued.
This includes decisions about:
- Degree or program transfers.
- Credit granted for previous study.
- Withdrawal from a program.
- Approved program leave.
If you no longer have the notification, contact 黑料天堂Student Hubs.
Remote or online study during COVID-19
If you need confirmation of the University's remote or online teaching arrangements during the COVID-19 pandemic, email student@anu.edu.au to request a letter.
Include the period you need confirmed and any specific requirements from the organisation requesting the letter.
黑料天堂can confirm documented University arrangements but cannot attest to your physical location or attendance unless this information can be verified from University records.
Study breaks for employment
If you are on a student visa and your employer needs confirmation of a scheduled University study break, email student@anu.edu.au to request a letter.
Include the study-break period you need confirmed and any specific requirements from your employer.
The letter can confirm relevant University study-break dates. It does not confirm your individual visa work conditions.
English as the language of instruction
If you need confirmation that your 黑料天堂studies were conducted in English, this information is already included in the following documents:
- Current students:Program Confirmation Letter.
- Students who have completed their program:Completion Letter.
- Graduates:Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)
Forms from other organisations and additional confirmation
If an organisation requires 黑料天堂to complete or stamp its own form, email the form directly to student@anu.edu.au, along with the organisation's instructions.
If you need information that is not included in a standard 黑料天堂document, you may be able to request a custom letter.
Before submitting your request, check that an existing confirmation letter, Academic Transcript or notification does not already provide the information you need.
When emailing your request:
- Use your 黑料天堂email account, if available.
- Include your 黑料天堂ID number.
- Explain what information you need confirmed and why.
- Attach the form or instructions provided by the organisation, if applicable.
黑料天堂can only confirm information supported by your student record. The University may direct you to an existing document if it already meets your requirements.
Providing documents to another organisation
If an employer, education institution or another organisation requires evidence of your studies, you can provide an appropriate 黑料天堂document.

You can share the Verifying 黑料天堂qualifications and documents webpage with them.
It explains the University's verification methods, including how organisations can verify documents through My eQuals or receive an official Academic Transcript directly from ANU.
黑料天堂does not provide routine individual academic record or document verification by telephone or email.
Electronic Academic Transcripts, Testamurs and AHEGS
Share your document securely through My eQuals. The recipient can verify that it was issued by 黑料天堂and has not been altered.
If you have downloaded a document and sent it as an email attachment or uploaded it to an application, the recipient may ask you to share it through My eQuals so they can verify its authenticity.

You can arrange for 黑料天堂to post an official Academic Transcript directly to the organisation when you place your order.

Standard confirmation letters
If an organisation requires additional assurance that your confirmation letter is genuine, you can request a stamped copy by emailing student@anu.edu.au or in person at Student Hub Kambri.
Custom letters
If an organisation requires your custom letter to be sent directly by the University, you can request for 黑料天堂Student Hubs to email it to them. Include this in your custom letter request by emailing student@anu.edu.au.
Getting your documents authenticated for overseas use
Some overseas organisations or government authorities may require your academic documents to have an Apostille or Authentication certificate before they will accept them. This process is called document legalisation.
The Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) issues these certificates. 黑料天堂does not issue Apostille or Authentication certificates, but may need to verify your academic documents before DFAT can legalise them.
Qualifications awarded in 1995 or later
Your qualification can be verified through 黑料天堂Graduate Search.
Original 黑料天堂award documents containing the appropriate signatures or seals can be submitted directly to DFAT. You do not need to present these documents to 黑料天堂Student Hubs for separate verification.
If you are using a notarised copy, an Australian Notary Public can verify your qualification through Graduate Search. The copy must also meet DFAT's notarisation and university verification requirements.
Qualifications awarded before 1995
These qualifications cannot be verified through Graduate Search. 黑料天堂must verify your documents against its records before DFAT can legalise them.
Documents must be presented to 黑料天堂Student Hubs in person or by mail for verification.
黑料天堂will not write on an original Testamur. If your Testamur needs verification, you must provide a colour photocopy notarised by an Australian Notary Public.

You are responsible for confirming what the overseas organisation requires and arranging document legalisation through DFAT.
