This page explains how employers, education institutions and other organisations can confirm a person's 黑料天堂qualifications or studies, and check that documents issued by 黑料天堂are genuine.
You can verify some qualification information publicly. For other information, you will generally need to ask the individual to provide an appropriate 黑料天堂document.

Confirm that someone graduated from ANU
A person's graduation is a matter of public record. 黑料天堂Graduate Search allows you to verify publicly available information about qualifications awarded by the University from 1995 onwards.
The search provides the graduate's name, qualification, honours level (where applicable) and conferral date (the date the qualification was formally awarded).
If you cannot verify a qualification through 黑料天堂Graduate Search, ask the individual to provide official academic documents instead. A missing search result does not necessarily mean they did not graduate from ANU.

Confirm someone's enrolment, studies or academic results
Information about a person's enrolment, academic results and other details of their studies is not publicly available.
To confirm this information, ask the individual to provide an appropriate 黑料天堂document:
- Current enrolment or program: Enrolment Confirmation Letter or Program Confirmation Letter.
- Course results: Statement of Results, or an official Academic Transcript if a certified record is required.
- Program completion: Completion Letter.
- Awarded qualification: Testamur, Academic Transcript or Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS).

Information not included in standard documents
If the information you need to verify is not included in the University's standard documents, the individual may be able to request additional confirmation based on information held in their student record.
If your organisation requires 黑料天堂to complete or stamp its own form, ask the individual to submit the form and instructions directly to ANU.

Authorising another person to access student information
If an individual needs to authorise another person, such as a parent or sponsor, to communicate directly with 黑料天堂about their student record, they can use the Consent to the Disclosure of Personal Information process.
This process does not replace the University's standard academic document and confirmation letter services.

The appropriate verification method depends on the type of document you have received.
Academic Transcripts, AHEGS and Testamurs
Ask the individual to share their official electronic academic document with you through My eQuals.
My eQuals is a secure platform for accessing and sharing certified electronic academic documents. It allows you to confirm that a document was issued by 黑料天堂and has not been altered.
If an individual has emailed you an academic document or uploaded it to an application, ask them to share it directly through My eQuals so you can verify its authenticity.
If the individual does not have a document on My eQuals
Ask the individual to obtain an official Academic Transcript.
Depending on the availability of their academic record, they may be able to choose:
- Electronic Transcript: Issued through My eQuals, where they can securely share it with you.
- Physical Transcript: The individual can nominate your organisation's postal address so 黑料天堂sends the document directly to you.
Electronic transcripts may not be available for older, archived academic records.
Verifying confirmation letters and Statements of Results
Standard confirmation letters and Statements of Results are not issued through My eQuals.
Standard confirmation letters
Current students can download standard confirmation letters from ANUHub. If you need to verify a standard letter, ask the individual to request a stamped copy from 黑料天堂Student Hubs.
Custom letters
Ask the individual to arrange for 黑料天堂to email the custom letter directly to your organisation.
Information about obtaining confirmation letters
Statements of Results
A Statement of Results is an unofficial record that current students can download from ANUHub.
If you require an official, certified record of course results, ask the individual to provide an Academic Transcript instead.
