Disclosure log

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, ºÚÁÏÌìÌÃis required to publish a disclosure log on its website. The disclosure log lists documents which have been released in response to FOI access requests in accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act. For documents released from 1 January 2021, the disclosure log will contain the documents released under FOI. For access to documents released prior to 1 January 2021, please send an email to foi@anu.edu.au.

Agencies are required to publish details of documents released under the FOI Act within ten working days of an applicant being given access to the documents.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to documents released under the FOI Act containing personal or business information that ºÚÁÏÌìÌÃconsiders would be unreasonable to publish.

This request is limited to "E Funds" also known as "Perpetual Funds" and excludes "D Funds" also known as "Term Funds." The list can be as at a recent point in time or for the most recent reporting period (e.g. 2024) - whichever is easiest to administer in relation to this request. The individual endowment names/titles can be excluded/redacted from this request but I request you include the dollar value and the recipient College, School and discipline identifier (as applicable) for each named endowment/sub-fund. Where an endowment has been established anonymously please be sure to redact the identifying information to respect the donor's wishes but leave the other information (i.e. dollar value, recipient College/School/discipline! ) to be included where possible.
