“Documents which set out the Honours grade/WAM of all students who have completed the requirements of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) or Juris Doctor in 2025. In other words, I am seeking access to documents that show the distribution of final Honours grades of law students finishing their degrees in 2025.”

Items for this committee meeting may have also been produced or presented by the 5 members of the EBC: Chancellor (Chair); Vice-Chancellor; Pro-Chancellor; Chair, Finance Committee; and Chair, Audit and Risk Management Committee, and their respective offices.

I wish to make a revised request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), seeking access to any and all documents recording disclosures of interest made by the Chancellor to the Council Secretary or their deputies, or to the University Council, that relate to: Murray Hansen; Vinder Consulting; and/or Julie Bishop and Partners. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Disclosures made as part of the annual declaration of interests process for Council members;

• Disclosures made through any other formal or informal process or communication (including emails, handwritten notes, meeting minutes, or other formats);

Where similar disclosures have been made on multiple occasions, I request copies of all instances of such disclosures, including records of the dates on which they were made.

“The list of current endowments (sometimes also known as 'sub-funds') within the Long Term Investment Pool for the University. This request is limited to "E Funds" also known as "Perpetual Funds" and excludes "D Funds" also known as "Term Funds." The list can be as at a recent point in time or for the most recent reporting period (e.g. 2024) - whichever is easiest to administer in relation to this request. The individual endowment names/titles can be excluded/redacted from this request but I request you include the dollar value and the recipient College, School and discipline identifier (as applicable) for each named endowment/sub-fund. Where an endowment has been established anonymously please be sure to redact the identifying information to respect the donor's wishes but leave the other information (i.e. dollar value, recipient College/School/discipline! ) to be included where possible.
