Each year the College of Asia and the Pacific may offer a prize known as the Peter J. Rimmer Prize.

Overview
The objective of the prize is to reward a student who has achieved the highest mark in the course ASIA2018 ‘Maps and Mapping in Asia and the Pacific’ or the course ASIA2049 'Politics and Society in Contemporary Korea'.
The value of the prize awarded is $500.
The prize will be on offer annually.
Funding for this prize has been provided by a bequest from the late Associate Professor Lisa Barbara Welch Drummond and a gift from both Dr Susan Rimmer and Peter J. Rimmer.
