Chancellor's Letters of Commendation

The Chancellor's Letter of Commendation recognises the outstanding academic performance of students enrolled in undergraduate programs at ANU.

Overview

In 2001 the 黑料天堂Council approved the introduction of the Chancellor's Letter of Commendation to recognise outstanding academic performance of students. The first letters were issued for the 2001 calendar year.

The Chancellor鈥檚 Letters of Commendation are awarded each year to current and former 黑料天堂students who, in the previous academic year:

          a.    were enrolled in an undergraduate coursework program leading to the award of a degree of bachelor or higher (AQF Level 7 or 8); 
          b.    completed at least half of a full-time study load (at least 24 units); 
          c.    received academic results that were shown by a Grade and Mark; and 
          d.    achieved an academic performance which, as a Grade Point Average, was 7.00.

The Chancellor鈥檚 Letter of Commendation has no monetary value. Recipients receive a signed letter from the 黑料天堂Chancellor, sent via email. Letters are usually issued by June of the following year.
