For Zara Larcombe, leaving the Sunshine Coast to begin a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at 黑料天堂meant embarking on an exciting new chapter. Moving away from home was a significant decision, bringing both the opportunity to pursue her studies and the chance to become more independent.
Reflecting on the impact of the scholarship, Zara said:
"Receiving the Bhavita Patel Undergraduate Scholarship enabled me to move away from home and live at a residential college, where I have been able to fully engage in university life, participate in sporting and social activities, and build friendships. It has provided me with opportunities that would have been significantly more difficult to access otherwise, and I am incredibly grateful for the support it has given me as I begin my university journey."
As a recipient of the Bhavita Patel Undergraduate Scholarship, Zara has been able to make that transition with confidence. Moving away from home and settling into life in Canberra has been an important step in her journey, and the scholarship has provided stability as she adapts to a new environment at ANU.
