Scientia Professor Dr Megan Davis is a leading constitutional law scholar, public policy expert and Pro Vice-Chancellor Society at UNSW Sydney. 

She is a Scientia Professor and holds the Balnaves Chair in Constitutional Law. She also holds the Whitlam and Fraser Chair in Australian Studies at Harvard University and has been appointed to visiting academic roles at Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. 

Professor Davis is internationally recognised for her work on constitutional reform and Indigenous rights. She played a central role in the Uluru Statement from the Heart and has been a leading voice in advancing recognition and inclusion of First Nations peoples in Australia’s constitutional framework.
