She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Performance Beauty Group and has previously led internationally recognised brands including Olaplex, Moroccanoil, Elizabeth Arden, and StriVectin, driving global growth, brand transformation, and innovation across competitive markets.
She also serves on a number of corporate boards, contributing to strategic governance and long-term value creation in the consumer and retail sectors.
