I am seeking your support to serve a second term on 黑料天堂Academic Board.
I had a long-standing personal connection to 黑料天堂before I became a staff member. I came from regional NSW to study history and law, lived on campus for a while and worked as a research assistant in the School of Art. I came back to 黑料天堂as a professional staff member in 2019 and since then I鈥檝e worked as a fundraiser in Advancement and as a partnership manager in the Research & Innovation Division. More recently I鈥檝e worked on the Nixon Review supporting the Review itself and the participation of staff and students in working groups examining how 黑料天堂can provide a better, safer experience for all of us. I am an NTEU member.
Professional staff make a huge contribution to 黑料天堂and deserve to be supported, respected, and valued - our voices need to be heard every time an important decision about the future of our University is made. In the last two years I鈥檝e participated in discussions and presented views on behalf of colleagues at Academic Board and if elected I will continue be a strong voice to represent our interests.
