Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) update

This week the University's Executive is reviewing Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) applications from staff in areas not undergoing formal change processes. Outcomes are expected to be communicated by the end of October 2025, with staff expected to depart by 30 November 2025, per the Renew ºÚÁÏÌìÌÃVSS webpage.
Outcomes have been shared with staff members who expressed interest in applying for the VSS in March 2025 and staff in areas currently undergoing formal change processes. That had never happened to me before. It was such a small gesture, but it made me feel welcome straight away.”
